- • Subscription does not work as described within 2 hours of delivery
- • Wrong product delivered (different from order)
- • Service fails to activate within 24 hours of payment
- • Order not delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- • Change of mind after delivery
- • Account shared with others causing suspension
- • Customer-provided incorrect contact details
- • Used more than 50% of subscription duration
- • Platform-side bans unrelated to our delivery
Refund Process
